我在五月底跟板友買了一台XBIKE
真的很方便,我也很努力的貫徹自己的目標
我一周大約騎3~4次,每次大約是20~30分鐘
還會持續做一些鍛鍊腹肌的小運動
不過對於吃我是沒甚麼改變,還是很愛吃飯
不過盡量在9點以後不進食(假日比較難達成)
原本是171/67.5
到今天早上量體重是67.....讓我自己有點小灰心
不過我目的不是想減重是想減脂
想問看看我這樣的方式要多久會稍微看到一點成效呢??
還有沒有哪裡要改變??吃方面就比較難改變了@@
不曉得在7月底前有沒有機會讓自己變瘦一點!!
