如果餓的話想泡點飲物喝有什麼比較理想的選擇呀?
我室友都泡「黑榖珍」 有點類似芝麻糊那樣
喝了還真的很飽 一包122大卡左右吧
雖然熱量是OK的 但我就在想芝麻不是油脂很多嗎? 還有花生那類的
昨天去家樂福 就不知道要買什麼好@@
大家有推薦什麼輕爽無負擔的嗎嗎?
我也想要那種ㄍㄡˊㄍㄡˊ的 感覺就很飽XD
豆漿跟牛奶都有點喝膩了ˊˋ
