早餐:大碗公份量的桂格薏仁飲+桂格大燕麥片5匙
還會吃些 零食(麵包、飯糰)
午餐:不一定 ,通常都是青菜、蛋類製品居多(吃素)
晚餐:我都把晚餐的份合併到中午,但還是會不小心偷吃一包阿華田>"<
日常作息時間:晚上12點就寢,早上5~6點起床
生活型態:學生
其他:四肢瘦青蛙人,小腿跟手肘以下瘦,胖在肚子屁股大腿

減肥方式:MONK + 每天都要採半小時以上的X-BIKE
問題陳述:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
先前跟朋友打賭,為期兩個月的時間,如果我沒有瘦到44公斤就得吃襪子以示眾人,
我用的是 MONK(過午不食) + 每天在X-BIKE上踩30分鐘以上
(阻力/速度不一定,因為我騎累了就會調輕點,變來變去的)
因為我是個愛吃鬼,所以吃對我來說很重要,
也因為實施了MONK,變成早上吃了十分大量的食物(一顆中式飯糰+兩碗薏仁飲麥片)
減肥至今已經半個月了,我的體重卻從50.2變到50.8,
雖然爬置底文的時候有說到,因為肌肉的增加會影響到體重,
可是反觀我的肌肉線條還是差不多的,
大腿還是在瀕臨連在一起的危險當中囧
請問我還能做什麼來改善呢?
再不行真的要出動東榮減肥刀了嗎?(誤)
