改善臥推肩膀高低問題 - 健身

自己最近去wg上教練課臥推時
被教練發現會有肩膀一邊高一邊低的狀況
雖然當下糾正後有改善
可是沒上課以外的時間自己去練
或是跟朋友一起練時
都還是有肩膀一高一低的問題
感覺已經變成習慣動作了
教練是有說可以先降重量讓注意力放在肩膀固定
習慣後再往上加重量會比較好
想問問大家這種問題有其他訓練方式可以改善嗎
