之前想減脂
大約三個月每天算熱量 還常吃雞胸肉配生菜沙拉
體脂一直在28.x下不來
從八月底開始放棄算熱量
運動習慣沒改變 不做重訓只做有氧
自助餐便當選飯少 菜夾比較多 其他恢復隨便吃
泡麵、水餃、蘿蔔糕、蔥抓餅又開始出現在我的三餐
每天吃得很開心 有體脂破30的心裡準備
結果體脂竟然沒回升 反而慢慢下降
28-->27-->26
今天早上出現25.x
周圍的人說我看起來瘦很多
同事還說我便當都那麼滿 怎麼愈吃愈瘦 XD
沒想到放棄減肥之後反而達成當初立的目標
