新手增肌減脂請教 - 健身

體重:66.2kg
身高:167
體脂:23.5%
肌肉:34.1%
基代:1551
工作為久坐類型 9點~20點
目前訓練為早上是上半身 下半身 休息 三天輪流
午休做半小時的zone2有氧
飲食因為工時很長的關係比較特別,下班到家很晚
太晚吃怕會睡不著,所以一天只吃兩餐
起床喝200ml家樂福買的100%柳橙汁直接去運動

因為腸胃不好不太想空腹訓練,但消化完太晚去運動怕會遲到QQ
想說喝個高GI又容易消化的直接運動省時間,又不怕低血糖
請問這樣的觀念是錯誤的嗎?

運動完吃兩杯乳清(60g蛋白)+一杯白米飯+少量青菜
午休有氧完吃一包好市多的雞胸肉大概400g+一杯米+沙茶醬硬嗑
水就狂蹭公司的,一定超過2000ml
以上課表進行快2個禮拜了但數值好像都沒差太多
想請教是飲食量還需要增多嗎,或是重訓強度太低?
