三餐內容:
早餐:一小片煎豬排肉+一球馬鈴薯沙拉+熱狗蛋(有三條小熱狗)+一片奶酥吐司+無糖綠茶
午餐:素食自助餐:一小碗糙米飯(約一個半的拳頭大)+兩樣青菜+一匙蒸蛋(約半個拳頭大
晚餐:有時候一盤炒飯,有時候12個煎餃
其他: 偶而吃水果
日常作息時間: 大概晚上12點前睡,早上6點起床。其他時間就是念書
下午6點左右跑步

慢跑20~30分鐘,心跳數約130~140左右,持續3天中...
我的問題:
之前都沒再運動,常吃油炸食物且暴飲暴食,飲料當水喝
後來量體脂發現竟然高達32.5%...所以想好好減脂
1.每天喝水大概1800cc左右,這樣夠嗎?
2.慢跑一次大概跑3公里左右(學校pu跑道),中間真的太喘會用走的,大概休個20秒再
繼續跑,這樣的運動量夠嗎(每天都跑的話)
3.喘到跑不動,休一下等心跳不那麼快再跑,這樣效果是不是會打折扣?
4.基代大概1639.3大卡,飲食的部分要怎麼再調整比較好?
5.早起跑步和晚上跑步哪個效果比較好
