性別:女
年齡:32
身高:163
體重:84
BMI:31.6
體脂率:39%(歐姆龍量的)
基代:1541kal
日常作息時間:半夜1點左右睡覺~8點起床
早餐:紅茶豆漿+高麗菜水煎包1顆
午餐:外食,正常吃
晚餐:正常吃,但開始減肥後要改成吃蔬菜和水果。
其他:每日喝水大約2500-3000CC
運動習慣:平常沒有做運動
健康狀況:腰和膝蓋曾經有受傷
我的問題:
不好意思,請大家花一些時間幫忙給些建議。
一直以來都是懶的動又愛吃零食餅乾,所以高中的體重都在60-70公斤;開始工作後,
沒有在運動,體重升高到65-75公斤。幾次減肥最後都復胖,後來有點放棄自我,
所以胖到現在的84公斤。
但是越來越自卑,厭惡這樣的自己,不愛拍照也不想遇到熟人,很怕嚇到他們。
現在想要強迫自己改變,但自己本身不愛運動,腰部和膝蓋又曾經受過傷,
所以想要先從學校走路開始,讓自己愛上運動而開始增加其他的方式,
而周圍朋友們都說走路不可能會瘦身,要我去爬山或是參加運動社團活動。
所以要請教大家,如果每天可以學校走路能夠維持1小時,這樣的量夠嗎?
