新手臥推 怎麼確認自己背有夾緊 - 健身

大家好 自己斷斷續續健身也半年
最近一兩個禮拜才恢復比較頻繁的健身
之前就有看到很多教學都說 臥推要把背夾緊 肩膀不能跟著動
但這兩個禮拜 自己再試的時候發現 要讓肩膀不動好像真的不太容易
推出去的時候如果硬要維持肩膀不動,會感覺肩膀出了很大的力在維持肩膀不動
上胸臥推結束也會覺得前三角蠻有感的.....
目前看著鏡子 覺得手肘角度 姿勢應該沒有太大的問題
想要問如果自己練的話,要怎麼確認自己背有夾緊呢? 臥推真的有辦法肩膀完全不動嗎?
另外,臥推是否也會帶到前三角呢? 還是只要我前三角有感覺,就表示我帶到肩膀了?
