如題
首先感謝各位對小弟我上次發文的回答
這次是練不同部位碰到的小問題
請教大家
1.我在做 臉拉face pull 跟 啞鈴側平舉的時候
我都可以感受到脖子很緊繃 但還沒有到很酸的程度
我爬文查詢確實也有人側平舉會脖子酸
但臉拉我就搞不懂了
另外 臉拉可以站斜著嗎? 用身體傾斜去抵抗被拉過去的力量
2.我知道現在不推薦做到力竭
小弟這麼菜也不指望
想知道各位做到甚麼程度會停下
像是
1.乳酸堆積帶來的灼燒 實在忍不住了 停下來
2.在最後一組的某一下時 實在不能完整的做完
如動作已經歪了 幅度超級慢 停下來
之類的?
3.握力不足 或 小臂無力 怎麼改善
小弟基本用啞鈴練
如今天 因為前面已經做過其他部位
我在做二頭彎舉時 單手握25磅的啞鈴
已經是抓不太住 而不是二頭沒力
建議是該怎麼做呢?
