如題,小弟今年36歲身高168,體重60,從來沒有健身過
最近和朋友一三五會固定到運動中心做一些器材,可能也就練練手臂想讓手臂粗一點,
肩膀寬一點。腹肌的部分我採取168進食法,想先讓脂肪少一點(仰臥起坐還是有在做啦)
由於完全沒接觸過這一塊,做了一下功課,好像要在運動完後喝比較有效?
目前想要購入高蛋白,想要買CP值高一點的,不必有太多口味,可以上網簡單購買的。
想請大家給我一些意見與健身的方向,謝謝!
(聽說重訓的當天不能做有氧(去跑步之類的)是真的假的啊?)
