我是去年110kg的糖尿病肥宅王
今天看自己的FB回顧 飲食控制和運動大概也一年了
今天早上量體重74.8kg
這一年期間 都是有氧運動
從去年出院開始從走路 再來游泳 騎單車 跑步

今天早上量家用inbody 目前體脂肪約15%

骨骼肌大概都36kg上下
我個人覺得 只要有運動都好啦
如果想要線條漂亮 肥宅我真心推薦游泳不錯
