想請問有在慢跑的版友一個問題
之前學慢慢跑 有跑到50分鐘(時速9km/hr,跑步機)
真的沒有很累 跑完也不會很想喝水
然後看了幾本健身書 都強調慢跑速度沒關係 但是大腿一定要抬高
所以最近就改採大腿抬高的跑法
跑了30分鐘 時速8km/hr 比較喘也比較累
這兩種方式哪種真的減脂比較多呢?
(目前大腿抬高的跑法 跑到20分鐘就想投降了^^")
