早上空腹反而比較重 - 美體

三週以前開始減肥
是每天快走半小時 30分鐘走4公里多
吃的食物盡量減半
前兩週有開始瘦1~2之間公斤
但是上週以來
奇怪的是 早上睡醒空腹量體重反而比較重
下班回家還沒吃晚餐(早餐、午餐已經吃了)前量體重會比早上輕個0.4公斤
不知道為什麼會這樣?
而且好不容易瘦了1~2公斤
這週竟然升了0.5公斤
我吃東西跟運動都沒有變化啊
瘦了之後又回升0.5
是因為長肌肉嗎?
還是我要再減少食物?
