最近去costco逛了一下
發現有這種東西:http://ppt.cc/E9n-「家樂氏官網」
我買到的是莓果口味的
想說要來取代早餐
不知道有版友們也在食用的嗎?
牛奶大約要配上多少CC啊?
因為一天基代約13XX卡
很怕吃太多熱量會爆錶 囧
希望有人可以分享一下心得或飲食菜單讓我參考
