第一個想問的問題是早餐的選取
因為家裡有很多馬鈴薯,而且市場賣也很便宜XD
所以就想要把原本的兩片薄吐司or一片厚片
換成一中顆水煮馬鈴薯+一片起司+牛奶一杯(約300㏄)+一杯咖啡(約100㏄)
(看這份量就知道我早餐都吃超過半小時…)
這樣換會不會比較好呢?
我是覺得馬鈴薯沒有加工過比較健康~
另外就是有鑑於我的食量真的很大…板上的女孩子都是小鳥胃啊怎麼回事!!
中餐大概都是一碗飯(與碗緣齊平)+兩~四樣蔬菜+湯
晚餐會吃兩碗(與碗緣齊平)+兩~四樣蔬菜+湯+水果
如果貪圖宵夜偶爾會泡一杯牛奶或吃水果,平常不吃零食點心和飲料。
現在的運動是一周兩天操場10圈,其他天就一片鄭多燕+仰臥起坐50下。
如果是食量這麼驚人的我…是要增加運動量好還是減少食量呢?
之前沒跑操場時我晚上只吃一碗飯,我好擔心食量會無止盡的擴大啊 冏
