感謝美體版的幫助,在這裡我得到許多很受用的知識
自從有運動習慣以來,感覺整個人變的有線條且輕盈了
但目前只維持著一週三天的運動ˊˋ(一天瑜珈、兩天重訓約一小時+健身車半小時)
雖然學校操場施工是一大因素,但我明白其實是自己在偷懶:P
我想問的是,有運動習慣之後感覺胃口變大了
之前在衝刺期時超明顯,就是正餐與正餐間很容易肚子餓
有爆氣過幾次,但都是爆一些大燕麥片全麥吐司之類的
這樣體重也沒有上升
然後到了現在的偷懶期XD
我基代是1236,照理來說要吃到1500-1600大卡
可是有一次一整個禮拜沒運動,大約有三四天吃到1800-2000
沒想到回去量體重我還下降了大約1.5公斤
或許有人會說是誤差,但我覺得我的身體很規律耶
晚上大約比早上重一公斤,體脂沒有同一時間量但出來數據都相同
而且重點是大約吃到1700-1800,我的身體才有"這樣足夠了"的感覺
請版友幫我鑑定一下,這樣到底是身體自身的訴求還是自我感覺良好??
很怕因為這樣就多吃反而增肥了(=__=
大家有相同的情況嗎???
另外我多吃的通常是兩片全麥吐司夾起司、大燕麥片或是自己下的麵食
不太會亂嗑空熱量的東西
所以我要每天多攝取一些還是有其他的替代方案??
補一下個人資料:原PO19歲,158/50,體脂率23.2%
之前是24%但連兩次不同時間量數值皆相同,希望不是誤差 . . .
我的體重落在正常範圍,體脂有點偏高,現在的運動量我想只是維持不要增胖而已
等暑假我會再衝刺一次的!!!!
