但是怕吃了早餐運動不好,
又怕沒吃早餐游泳會暈倒
(以前年輕不懂事常沒吃早餐打籃球沒事,現在怕對健康不好@@)
想在板上請教高手
如果要晨泳的話
早餐的進食時間要怎麼調整比較好呢??
