小弟新手 想問些基本問題
通常聽很多人分部位練 都是分胸背腿
那麼如果在時間或設備不足的情況下
只做握推 深蹲 引體向上 這三個動作
對於全身的訓練是足夠的嗎
還是健力三項的動作一直練下去就對了?
如果問題太蠢 晚點自刪QQ
