減肥三個禮拜,瘦了快兩公斤,本來很滿意這個速度。
但是有一天去和朋友逛街,一口氣吃了雞排+冬瓜茶+粉條+魯肉飯,
隔天一量胖了一公斤多,三個禮拜的成果就沒了。
過一個禮拜體重還是降不下來,請問這是正常的嗎?
總覺得不可能吧,還是我是因為運動而增重了?
