三餐內容
早餐:1.兩顆饅頭加蛋 + 溫奶
2.奶酥麵包(一個巴掌大)兩個 + 溫奶
午餐:(基本上沒吃,因為早餐吃太飽...)
有吃的話就是飯1/4碗 + 青菜 + 湯
晚餐:不一定,以外食為主,例如:肉燥飯,偶爾吃麵包
其他:基代是1330
日常作息時間:通常11點就睡了,早上七點起床,沒工作
早起只是為了喝水助排便...
生活型態:沒工作,也不是學生
減肥方式:踩踏步機踩40分鐘以上(大概2400多下,心跳110左右)
或
游泳游40分鐘(蛙式)(心跳沒量)
或
走路走一個小時左右(能走就走,幾乎不騎機車)
問題陳述:運動一個禮拜了 , 可是大腿卻胖了兩公分 ....
(我沒有認為這是肌肉,我有看置底文!!)
本來以為應該是運動完充血之類的...
可是今天早上起來量腿圍的時候,那兩公分...還是存在!!!!
我踩完踏步機都會把腳拉直當拉筋,大概兩~三分鐘
是我踩踏步機的方式不正確嗎??
