我的體質很奇怪
從大學時期的53kg
出社會曾達到67kg
到現在的60kg
胸部一變胖就變大
但變瘦又消不了
整個正向成長
實在讓我很困擾...
變瘦不是應該從脂肪多的地方開始瘦嗎 (/‵Д′)/~ ╧╧
想到以後結婚後生小孩還會成長
都快昏倒了...
雖說以前55kg去救生員訓練時
有降到52kg
沒瘦到胸
後來靠著不吃零食消夜多喝水
大約3個月從67降到60
也沒瘦到胸
不過這陣子看到有許多人說游泳可以變小
又燃起了一線希望
想說死馬當活馬醫
來試試看也不錯
想問有沒有對這方面比較有了解的達人
能跟我說一下胸部難瘦的解決方法
或推薦一些運動比較能對症的
我知道有氧性的運動一般都能發揮效果
之前也曾一週3次騎小折
時速30km/hr左右
騎個一小時
大約維持3個月
但始終無效
實在很無力...
所以想再進一步來討論有氧運動的類型
