小弟171cm,體重往往都在63~69kg遊走。毫無運動習慣。
18歲年輕時因為車禍傷及右腿膝蓋軟骨、全部醫生強烈建議腿現在只能用來普通走路,最避免彎折。
也因此、小弟已經10幾年沒規律運動了。也不知道是否因為從來沒在運動。其實很常感到昏昏沈沈、或者睡很久...
想請問像小弟這樣有沒有什麼運動可以只用上半身就可以又累又喘的?
可以請問沒運動的人會常常昏沈沈的嗎?
