體重增加,體脂減少? - 健身

過年期間有來提問,因為體脂高到爆炸
2014/1/24 身高155 體重52.7 體脂34.4
2014/3/24 身高155 體重53.9 體脂28.0
怎麼體重變重了...有時候還會變成54或55
我知道康是美的儀器會不準,也知道練肌肉之後好像會重一點點
想問問目前這情況是正常的嗎?
可以在怎麼改善呢?
這陣子就是有氧少、重訓多,每天都會做一兩組輔大金鋼狼推薦的動作

睡前做捲腹,50下
真的某部位做到很酸痛,會休息一天,改成全身按摩
飲食還在調整中,早餐常常吃不太夠,或是早午餐一起,饅頭夾蛋+300ml牛奶或豆漿
這部份真的好難QQ
我雖然覺得肚子有小一點,可是胸部也更小了...........好慘
請大家幫忙給我點建議,謝謝
