最近剛開始運動+重訓
我目前的順序是 拉筋>有氧>重訓>拉筋
有氧以跑步為主 運動後拉筋是想舒張腿部 比較舒服~
所以這樣的順序是對的嗎?
還是要 拉筋>跑步>拉筋>重訓?
