請問一下板上有人是購買有氧類的DVD自己運動的嗎XD
不知道有沒有推薦哪一套
我自己有在上有氧課 不過一個禮拜只有一小時
似乎真的不太夠 而且想讓自己肢體柔軟一點
本身學過武術 覺得自己可能是之前練過頭了
所以上半身是比較魁梧一點 XD
大家都說肌肉不太好鍛鍊 不過在我身上似乎鬆軟的肌肉
提提東西就回來了...........
在YOUTUBE上面影片的似乎都有點短 感謝大家~
