有氧跟瑜伽的順序 - 健身

舞蹈坊的課程都是從早到晚 穿插瑜伽有氧的課程
想請問一下
如果說瑜伽有氧瑜伽有氧這樣連著跳(課程都1小時)
會不會對身體有傷害?
我有問了一些人是說最好先跳有氧 結束再上瑜伽
瑜伽不要擺在前面這樣
因為肌肉伸展開了再去跳有氧容易受傷
但是我以前上的芭蕾課
都是先拉筋伸展 然後才開始跳
到底哪一種才是對的?
還是拉筋跟瑜伽是屬性不同的東西?
