關於腰圍 - 健身

我想請問一下
我體重跟體脂都有下降了 (4X天)
從原本的68.5kg => 65kg (體重)
22.9% => 17.4% (體脂)
但是腰圍好像沒有什麼變耶...
我有在做重訓跟仰臥起坐
仰臥起坐要等到體脂降到14以下甚至更低在做會比較好嗎?
體脂一個禮拜竟然降了1%
