三餐內容
早餐:一杯奶茶或是一罐八寶粥
午餐:排骨飯,湯麵,水餃之類的,就學生餐廳有的(一個禮拜大約一次麥噹噹)
晚餐:同午餐
消夜:泡麵或是水煎包類的,夜市類點心,不吃消夜睡不著,很痛苦
日常作息時間:九點起床,兩點睡覺
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:已經兩年沒運動了,被久不見的親朋好友說整個人像是吹氣球
胖了一圈,所以打算從拾運動習慣
在放暑假前的飲食習慣是 午餐肯德基 晚餐鴨腿飯
是每天的固定菜單 也難怪會發福了
從暑假開始 根據爬文 有氧和重訓並行
禮拜一:跑步三千
禮拜二:啞鈴,伏地挺身(分了幾組來做 總時約一小時)
禮拜三:游泳一小時
禮拜四:啞鈴,伏地挺身
禮拜五:跑步三千
禮拜六:跑步三千
以上運動模式持續了一個月
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
想請問各位大大
1.這樣我的運動量夠嗎,
除了這些外
我每天都會繞校園,快走五公里
2.這樣對減脂有幫助嗎
不知道這種飲食跟運動量,對於減脂天平,是朝向哪個方向
忌口實在是很痛苦呀~
目前體態還沒有很明顯的改變
是時間才一個月不會很明顯
還是其實我方法錯了,還在增胖T_T
拜託大家幫我分析了
