大家好 相信每個人對健美都有自己的看法 小弟那天出去逛街
跟朋友在鏡子前拍子 才發現腿明顯變粗了點 因為我不高(178) 68
所以看起來又更矮了 我開始健身大概才半年 腿的課表
弓箭步 深蹲 leg press (腿前舉 後勾 一起做) 大腿外展內展
以上全都 12 10 8 8 小弟想知道 有辦法繼續練 維持腿的功能性
畢竟沒甚麼機會能露出大腿 但腿不要在粗下去嗎
做完伸展拉經有差嗎? 因為有些西裝褲OR窄一點的牛仔褲穿起來會怪怪的
希望各位巨巨們 給點建議 謝謝
