大家好
在這個版潛水很久了
最近因為過年之後太肥胖
所以認真的享瘦個幾公斤
採用少吃多動的概念
今天大概是第二個禮拜了
我都是早午餐正常吃
每天喝油切綠茶
一下班就運動 去操場跑步半小時到一小時
(先跑個幾圈 之後快步走)
晚餐還是有吃 不過量幾乎減半
完全沒有吃宵夜
每天運動加上少吃 已經持續快兩個禮拜了
為什麼體重計的數字都沒有下降呢?? T^T
早餐通常是小七的御飯團 有時候午餐可能會吃比較好 (應酬的關係)
我目前21歳 身體BMI大概是21點多
跟我從前天天宵夜飲料比起來
為什麼還是不會瘦呢...
實在是有點灰心耶...
有更好的建議請提供給我吧!!
