先說明一下,
我已經看過置底和很多被m過的文章了:)
透過很多版友的說明,
我也知道原來腿部和手臂上很多看似是肌肉的硬肉
其實都是脂肪
肌肉是最內部硬硬的,有時推了會滑動的那部份
但我還是有點疑問
這層外面的脂肪有可能透過有氧運動全部消掉嗎?
全部消掉就會像健美先生那樣嗎(很粗欸)??
還有,當手臂或腿部用力時,外層那種變硬捏不起來的肉到底算不算肌肉呢?
