由於我本身有椎間盤突出的問題(已經6年多了),
前兩年有乖乖聽醫生的話去做復健,已經很久沒有發作...
就在前一陣為了健康(運動兼減肥)跑去上瑜珈課程,
原本已經不會痠麻的地方開始不舒服,
請問椎間盤突出不適合做瑜珈嗎?
或是要避免哪些動作呢?
