標準很難瘦下去.............. - 美體

目前的身高是154
體重48
BMI 20.3
體脂 25
算是正常的體重
不過非常想再瘦三公斤
因為本人屬於下半身比較肥胖的類型
看到自己的大腿就覺得很像裹了很厚一層粉的雞腿
本人最近2~3個月來有加強自己的運動量
平常喜歡打籃球1-3小時
跑步跑25-30分鐘
有時候會去河濱騎腳踏車
不一定會每天 但是瀕臨幾乎
有時候會覺得運動到很累 要掛了
在飲食方面也是覺得食量比以前小很多了
早餐會吃包子饅頭配拿鐵
午餐大多簡單吃點乾麵或60元便當
一餐的量是約水餃吃10顆 +飯後水果
吃媽媽的飯菜 五口飯(一般碗的1/3)+中下量的菜
會在晚上八點前完成
我這樣的運動量應該是夠了吧????
很怕會因為已經標準了
不會變細 會變結實
怕在加強運動下去會變壯腿
我該怎麼辦才好呢Q__Q
