小弟對於RM有一個疑問....
RM值太高的重量對於肌肉的刺激效果不大,
但是假設情形是這樣,
某人伏地挺身一組最高做50下
經過多組訓練之後,
一組最多只剩下10下,
那這樣對於肌肉的刺激是不是相當於大重量對於肌肉的刺激呢@@?
