這一個月很認真地在做重訓和有氧
原本體重73.5,脂肪17.7%
這個月1、3、5上午重訓一個半小時,晚上打兩個小時羽球
2、4、6跑6km/30分,重訓一個半小時
一個月下來,體能很明顯進步很多
前天很高興地量了一下…
體重剩下71.2,脂肪17.6%
唉~體重會下降是意料中的事,畢竟有氧做很多
可是怎麼會少掉的都是肌肉,脂肪幾乎都沒有下降呢?
