說真的看完整篇還是不太懂 所謂功率因子是指單位時間內所舉的重量?
是指要在越短時間內 訓練磅數或次數 越多越好嗎?
訓練組數 第一組要跟第二組比 間隔時間1分鐘嗎?
他文章中也沒仔細提到清楚的菜單該怎麼做? 有沒有實際練過的高手來說明一下
