最近開始減肥計劃了~~
不過已經天天運動~~
又吃得少~~
又營養...
但是體重都沒有變...
我快瘋了
想問看看大家...
我菜單有錯嗎??
感覺我吃得很健康的說...
早餐 紅豆湯一碗(無糖)+奇異果兩顆
中餐 自助餐(沒有飯)+一碗湯+蘋果一顆/芭樂一顆
晚餐 只吃青菜
運動 跑步一小時/游泳五百公尺
這樣的菜單有甚麼問題嗎??是太多還是太少??
大家有什麼更好的建議嗎??
