今天去藥行買乳清蛋白時和藥劑師閒聊一下
他說正確的仰臥起坐一般人做無法超過6下
因為他沒有做動作出來 是聽他描述的....
好像是說單純用腹部的力量坐起來 沒用到腿部的力量
我回家試試看 腿部放輕鬆 只用腹部做 很輕鬆起來阿?
沒有他說的那麼誇張 好奇怪
有人可以告訴我 他是在豪洨嗎 還是說我做錯了?!@@
