其實看了很多人在討論塑身霜
但是根本沒幾個人知道如何正確的使用塑身霜
讓我覺得蠻可惜的,所以我打算分享一些塑身霜的正確用法
塑身霜要有效,塗抹動作跟塗抹時間是很重要的
我先來介紹幾個基本的塗抹動作
預備動作:首先坐在地上或瑜珈墊上,雙腿自然往前膝蓋微彎30度~40度
A. 右手從右大腿外側根部快速往前推向右腳腳踝
接著右手收回右大腿根部,同時左手從左大腿外側根部快速往前推向左腳腳踝
接著左手收回左大腿根部,同時右手從右大腿外側根部快速往前推向右腳腳踝
持續反覆,這是動作A
B. 右手從左大腿內側根部快速往前推向左腳腳踝然後收回
左手從右大腿內側根部快速往前推向右腳腳踝然後收回
持續反覆,這是動作B
C. 左右手分別放置於左右大腿根部外側,然後快速往前推向腳踝
再從內側繞回大腿根部,回到外側後持續反覆
這是動作C
而塑身霜基本的正確使用方式就是當妳在腿上塗上塑身霜之後
將A、B、C三個動作每個動作互相搭配
可以A做三分鐘後做B動作三分鐘再做C動作三分鐘
也可以C動作做五分鐘後再做A動作三分鐘之類的方式任意做組合
記得塗抹的動作節奏要快,最好能做到臉紅心跳、微微喘氣的地步
這樣的按摩速度才能足夠的促進腿部新陳代謝
然後不停的將各種動作組合變化,持續塗抹30分鐘以上即可
每天持之以恆,就會慢慢感覺到自己的雙腿真的會慢慢的變瘦喔 ^^~*
