近期體檢驗出輕微脂肪肝
(內臟脂肪率13%)
想說早午餐正常
晚餐來吃燕麥泡牛奶好了
來當作改善的第一階段
(之前晚餐吃比較油)
一吃下去發現還蠻好吃的
不知不覺100g吃完又泡50g
(我有電子秤)
朋友說網路上有寫
XX理事長一天建議攝取量是100g
那如果長期都吃超過100g
會發生什麼事情呢?
