最近開始嘗試飲食控制和運動,看了很多
文章所以知道飲食要均衡營養不能吃太少,
所以我不是靠節食。
我都自己煮每天都會變化菜色,
大多是少量油炒、烤、水煮沾清醬油,
調味都比較清淡(鹽、胡椒、乾香料)
餐間不會想吃零食,晚上太晚睡肚子空空的會補一杯牛奶。
量的部分我一餐一定會吃到一碗飯、一份蛋白質,
菜我幾乎是想吃多少就吃多少,因為我非常愛吃菜。
(當餐如果剛好沒有肉可以煮我會炒個菇類)
水量:一天2000左右
每天都會換菜色所以Po上近幾天的食物紀錄

不過這一個禮拜下來發現,有時候走路會有點暈眩、無力感很重很想躺平,
導致我有點不太敢做很多運動。
p.s這周是經期前一週,不知會不會有影響?
病史:我有輕微地中海型貧血,但之前是可以正常生活,
只是運動的時候會很喘,沒辦法讓心跳上升
後來決定強度不要這麼高,照自己的步調,追求時間長短,有運動到就好。
我平常沒有很在意體重主要是想改善飲食和生活習慣,
不過今天一量和上週比體重有下降約0.9kg
飲食控制前是不會有這麼明顯的無力感的,想知道我是不是吃太少?
或是少吃了那些營養素?
可是我真的吃蠻多的,我家人都覺得我怎麼不是在減肥還每天吃飽飽,
我都覺得每天吃好營養過得很快樂XD
