我用EXCEL做了一個依照國家建議每日飲食攝取的試算表
只要輸入身高、體重、性別、體脂率
就可以換算每日所需的熱量
還有醣、蛋白質、脂肪的攝取量
小弟野人獻曝 有需要的人請自行取用
