各位好:
想請問一下如果長時間久坐辦公室 喝水的頻率不太高
且尿量不多 平時喜愛喝冷飲
導致最近覺得沒有特別增加食量但小腹卻越來越凸
請問是否有水腫的情形?
有搜尋了一些文章提到可以喝紅豆薏仁水
自己有煮了一次(沒放糖)
不過是煮一大鍋後冰到冰箱 要喝的時候再拿出來喝(冰的)
這樣是不是效果會比較差?
因為喝了以後也沒有特別排更多小便...
不知道是不是哪邊有錯?
另外請問如果煮好的紅豆薏仁 可以當作一餐的主食來吃嗎?
可否將紅豆薏仁再加入麥片一起拿去電鍋蒸來吃呢?
不知這樣是否會降低紅豆薏仁排水的功能?
