求救!滑輪下拉遇到的問題 - 健身

如題
本人166CM/66KG
滑輪下拉 65磅的時候可以維持背部夾緊,達到肩膀後收
但是一旦超過此重量,比方說下一個重量75磅
我就沒辦法背部夾緊,肩膀後收,我自己剛剛體驗
幾乎完全都用手拉,請問想繼續做大重量的滑輪下拉
沒辦法肩膀後收,背部夾緊,這樣訓練效果佳嗎?
