沒辦法運動要怎麼瘦 - 美體

早:蔬菜蛋土司、無糖豆漿
午:胡蘿蔔汁半杯、春捲不吃皮
晚:高麗菜、小白菜、香菇
應該頂多800卡吧?
163/57,23歲,基礎代謝1255。
可是我膝蓋、腳踝都有受傷,冬天就會痛。
加上容易心悸,所以根本沒辦法做運動。
之前上體育課太極拳,光是十分鐘熱身完,兩腿就開始發抖了...orz
以前喜歡甜食、起司,一週吃好幾次,
現在也戒了,還有甚麼方法可以瘦下來?(苦惱)
之前看了董氏基金會網站

說基礎代謝1200的話,每天碳水化合物攝取不超過50g
那就是一小碗飯的量,是不是一片土司就超過了?@@

另外,衛生署食品營養分析,單位是用100g嗎?
