沒酸痛 - 健身

我是學生,重訓有ㄧ陣子了,但都是去學校的健身房,沒去過一般的
健身中心。
不過,最近學校健身房關了,害我只能在家裡自主訓練XD
在家裡大部分都是用16磅的啞鈴(一個)練二頭肌還有三角肌
二頭的話就是ㄧ般鍊二頭的方式:身體坐著把啞鈴由下往上舉起來,
每組15下,右手做完換左手,左手做完再換右手,中間不間斷
左右手各做10組,有時會做到12組
每次做的時候,每組作到最後都會舉不上來,也就是力竭啦,都要硬ㄍㄧㄥ
才能作完,而且每次做完整隻手臂都會紅紅的,充血,ㄧ整個感覺就是有練到
很爽
不過問題來了,每次練完之後隔天二頭都不會酸痛ㄝ= =
很奇怪,這樣不就沒練到了嗎?
之前爬文說,長肌肉就是要刺激它,破壞它的肌纖維,所以才會酸痛
那這樣看來,我不就無法讓手變粗摟?
是要讓組數在加多一點,刺激多一點
還是舉更重的啞鈴呢?
我覺得16磅對我來說算滿重的了,還是我姿勢不對?
