油花分布不均 - 美體

三餐內容
早餐:大概10點吃 丹丹漢堡廣東粥+一份薯條
午餐:不餓沒吃
晚餐:晚上7點吃 牛肉湯+海帶一條+豬頭皮一份
其他:1)嘴饞會吃一顆無籽芭樂+一包梅粉
2)喝水600cc + 無糖多冰清茶兩大杯
日常作息時間:12~1睡覺 9點左右起床
生活型態:放暑假,工作量少,不太累.所以才趁機減肥.
減肥方式:每周5~6次,每次慢跑30分鐘,全程9,會飆汗.
最近比較有空,所以從前天開始又加重訓:
1)屁屁肉往後踢 6組
2)夾大腿內外側 各3組
3)掰掰肉上下 各3組
4)大腿正面 3組
目前整個大腿超酸中...
問題陳述:我知道以我的身高體重 不算太超過的數字
但由於油花分不太不均勻
導致上半身看起來弱不經風
下半身則跟壯漢沒兩樣
我真的不想再有混搭的身材了
不知道我目前用的方法 健不健康 還有哪裡要修正的?
目標是在8月底前瘦到50公斤 並看起來勻稱些
