標題是健身房的教練跟我說的
原po身高156,體重44公斤
但inbody測出的體脂肪30%…
(外表不胖,但有點點肉肉的)
因為不懂重訓
所以ㄧ直都做有氧運動
但教練說我在做下去只會消耗肌肉
體脂沒辦法往下降
然後說服我買教練課程
想問的是
教練是因為想要我買課程才這樣說
還是確實是這樣呢?
其實不排斥重訓
只是沒錢買課程
自己爬了文摸索後 實際做器材 酸的地方好像又都不太對 然後手還拉傷
覺得有點迷惘……
*可以偷徵求新莊成吉思汗的健身伴嗎XD...
