深蹲時槓鈴上的泡棉 - 健身

在之前的健身房作深蹲的時候,健身房
的史密斯槓上都有可以墊在肩膀上的泡
棉是可以拆下用魔鬼氈的那種,但是現
在的健身房沒有這項好用的泡棉,所以
都不大敢用太重,因為蠻不舒服的,想
請教板上有人有買過類似的東西嗎?我想
自行準備到健身房去使用,謝謝!
